Oryx and Fig currently ships within the United States and Canada via USPS and FedEx. You will receive an email with tracking information at the time your order ships. Product prices exclude shipping. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, calculated at checkout. If you live outside our current ship-to destinations, please stay tuned.

RETURNS

 

Oryx and Fig does not offer refunds or exchanges on items. Our parcels are packaged with the greatest of care, but should your items arrive damaged or broken, we will work with you on a replacement if available or a credit towards another Oryx and Fig product. Please contact us at hello@oryxandfig-designcollective.com with details of your purchase (including your order number) and the reason you are seeking a replacement or refund. We will also request photographs of your items in question. If the return of damaged or broken goods is approved, we will send you a shipping label for the return. The return is to then be re-packaged in its original shipping parcel and pickup can be arranged through either USPS or FedEx.

All international purchases are final sales; refunds and exchanges will not be offered.
